Thanks to the metronome, you can transform a wave-shaped sound (cresc / decresc) into a regular continuous sound. This effect is achieved by overlapping multiple layers of the sound triggered at intervals less than its overall duration.

Note in this example that the speed of the metronome is constantly varied so as to break the loop effect (audible regular repetition of the same fragment).

It is also necessary to control the sound volume, the overlapping effect will cause considerable amplification.
